Also, when it connect it only YouTube sounds can be heard. When this speak is used for phone conference , this spear does NOT work. So I returned it. Not a good choose for meeting and phone conference.

Also, try forgetting the speaker from your Bluetooth settings and pairing it again. Charge seems to last only for about 2 hrs maybe? So either have an outlet nearby or a USB port to charge if outdoors, that would be my only issue. Sound quality is good, range for Bluetooth, speaker will turn off if you move your phone too far away.
