After I got it home, I paired it and played some music and raised the volume a bit. While the sound was good, it wasn't as good as the Flip 4 I had heard someone play. After digging a little, I found the flip 5 only has one speaker (so mono instead of stereo) no microphone and no aux jack and costs more. That is not an upgrade to me, so I returned the flip 5 and purchased the flip 4 and couldn't be happier.

Wouldn’t connect to anything and wouldn’t shut off. I returned it for another one. That one won’t charge at all. What the heck jbl?!
