Posted .Thank you for taking the time to provide us with your feedback. We're here to help with your JBL Flip 5. Please try connecting the unit with a different device to isolate the issue. We also recommend resetting the speaker. First, remove or forget the speaker from the list of paired Bluetooth devices in the settings of the phone or tablet. Then, with the speaker powered on, press and hold the Volume + and Play buttons simultaneously for 3 seconds until the unit turns off. The speaker has now been restored to factory default settings. If the issue remains, please contact our customer support to assist you further.

The reason I only gave one star is due to the poor packaging. It was shipped in a large cardboard box without any filler to buffer it from rolling around. The box the speaker comes in was all battered and was probably rolling around in the large empty box. Hopefully the speaker itself won’t be damaged. I expected more from Best Buy and was very disappointed in the way the speaker was packaged.
