    Drops Bluetooth after 30 minutes- horrible service

    Purchased 2 JBL Flip4 Red speakers in March 2020. About a month of use - both speakers would 'self-shut-off' from connected phone while playing music. (Phone kept playing & when connected to other bluetooth speakers - played all day with no drops) Additionally - when second speaker was "Linked" it would often drop connection after a few minutes. (Even though speakers not moved) - This wasn't consistent - Link connections dropped most times - but would connect and stay connected once and awhile. Called / Web connected JBL "Customer Service" 100% GONE. NONE - Horrible and unreliable service. "Phone service" that can be remote - uses lame excuse of Covid to not have Customer Service - web or phone. Will not buy again.

    Speaker is defective

    We purchased this speaker on 7/10 as a gift for my sister-in-law. It worked great the first couple of times she used it, however recently she noticed that when she turns the volume past a particular threshold that the sound quality gets messed up /songs start to break up. There’s a massive issue with the sound quality- we think the speaker is defective. She said this has happened once or twice since she has received it. I went online to try to return the device however we’re passed the return date which was 7/26. It’s now 8/04- obviously this is a huge disappointment given the price of the item and the fact that she has had this speaker for less than a month and barely used it.

    Great_ease_of_use,_poor_sound_& battery

    Very portable but sound quality is poor and battery charge life tends to be short lived, needs AC connect. I should have exchanged it but my own transportability is limited.
