Flip 5 does not have USB input, it has Bluetooth only. However it works our newer laptops at home not our older PC's.

Posted .Thanks for your feedback about our JBL Flip 5. The micro-USB port isn't part of the design on our JBL Flip 5 because most of the latest models of smartphones support type-C cable. The speaker has a more user-friendly design by removing the rubber flap, which sometimes causes the charging cable to be bent. Type-C supports fast charging. This allows for energy-efficient use. On the other hand, we decided to remove the AUX input because this feature was not being used by most of our customers. I did all three reasons. I watched videos to make sure these were it. I returned a different brand because there was no Aux port. I get these and there is no aux port! Also they don't link easily. They also cut in and out. I have been i n touch with technical support with in the fisrt use.
