Battery only lasts 5 hours and takes about same time to fully charge

Compact speaker that sounds great! I really like that it connects to multiple JBL speakers. Because of that I went out and bought this one the day after purchasing the 6.

I was pretty bummed that it’s speaker was mono. No I’m not going to buy another one just to get the stereo effect. I knew something was off as soon as I heard it. It had a pretty dull sound to it. After I thought about it, I felt that for the price, it wasn’t a good purchase. It did have decent volume though if that’s what you’re looking for. I returned for the flip 5, and bought the charge 4. I had the same issues with the speaker. Mono! And that was $179 speaker! Come on JBL. I do like your stuff, but this wasn’t for me. People say that stereo won’t matter because the speakers would be too close to tell. Umm. Yes you will be able to tell the difference. I returned the charge 4 and got a Sony XB33. Much happier! Much better sound quality, and stereo! And you can change eq settings through an app with Sony! $30 dollars cheaper too!

It has good sound. I expected to have online sound mixer ability. This speaker does not offer that however it is still a good, basic, portable speaker. It pairs easily with all of my devices. It sounds good whether I am listening to music or a podcast.

Great speaker! Long lasting charge. Has a great sound for the small speaker. You can take it anywhere you go!

Incredible full sound. Pairs easily with Bluetooth. An app with equalizer would be great to increase the treble a bit.

The jbl speaker is amazing. It’s east to carry everywhere. The clear sound and bass is so good to njoy movies and series. And charge it last around 12 hrs.

The sound on this was good enough that after buying one as a present and hearing it, I bought a second one for myself. Vocals are very natural sounding. Bass is reasonably decent for such a small sized driver and passive radiator. Paring was effortless during setup.

I use this speaker in my car with it in one of my cupholders. Very portable and great sound quality. Makes driving to work and back much more fun.

I absolutely love this speaker! The sound is amazing as well as the battery life. I definitely would recommend it!

Pros: Light, excellent sound and battery life, easy to connect to, will fill a small room or apartment easily. Charges quickly and uses USB C so it works with my phone and laptop charger as well. Cons: if you're outside and need enough sound for your pool deck, you may want to look elsewhere for a louder solution. Otherwise for small gatherings it's absolutely excellent. Would recommend whole heartedly.
