BATTERY life is a big lie. The speakers won't last 1.5 hours before you need to charge them again. Im going back to my old Sony speakers.

I purchased a pair of Flip 6s- I was curious about how they sounded when paired together. I do appreciate this feature - it makes everything louder but as others have mentioned, it doesn't produce the 'stereo' sound like a pair of traditional speakers. I love the sound quality of these, they have a great battery life and easy to bring with you.
I would recommend this to a friendnice sound for a short time

Posted .Thanks for reaching out. Here are some things to try that often fix these issues. Try a different USB cable. Try a different USB charger, rated at least 2 amps. Try disconnecting the cable from your product and re-inserting it. Sand or dirt can get into the product’s charging port. Check the port. Clean if needed with compressed air or a toothpick. When I charge the battery using a USBC port, it makes a loud siren noise and won’t stop.

In addition, please know that battery wears out over time. Even if listening at maximum volume to heavy bass music, the battery should last longer than 60% of the published playtime. If the battery lasts close to the published up-to playtime, the battery is working fine. However, if you get less than 90% of the published spec, this likely means that the battery is losing its capacity. If this does not resolve the issue, please contact our customer support.
