    The charge only last an hour and when speaker was picked up the box was open and there was no charger.

      Thanks for your feedback. To reduce waste, newer JBL products like our JBL Flip 7 no longer include a charging cable, as many customers already have USB-C cables. The speaker is compatible with any standard USB-C cable. We appreciate your input and will pass it along to the team. JBL
