Perfect! Perfect! Perfect! Perfect, I bought two (2) of them!

Solid speaker for the price! We love it! Battrery life could be better.

This OK if you are looking for volume only, in a small space. This is loud for a small area only, but there is no bass or treble, so some music doesn’t sound quite right. I would not recommend this speaker.

I like the bass output. I keep it in the bathroom for jamming while I bathe.

JBL is amazing! Only complaint is that the 7 doesn’t work with the flip 6.

I knew instantly at the start up sound the speaker was trashed. This was labeled as EXCELLENT on the website. The bass is bustedddddd. Speaker is trash and playing any one song would have told the geek squad this was not resalable. I’m so frustrated and have lost all trust in the open box program at Best Buy. It’s not refurbished. It’s advertised as excellent condition. I would assume someone bought it and changed there mind and returned it. Best Buy should be doing the due diligence of checking the condition of these returns before reselling them as “excellent.” And now!!! I can’t even return it online (where I purchased it). I have to go to a physical store to return it. Adding insult to injury. I only have a bike and Best Buy is so far from me! That’s why I ordered online. Unbelievable I have to go through this hassle now. And now the speaker brand new is on sale for less than I paid for this “excellent” open box speaker. What a mess. I recommend jbl flips as awesome speakers. I do not recommend Best Buy’s open box products.

Battery realistically lasts maybe 4 hours at 45% volume, if you run an EQ or DSP just never even buy it unless you're cool plugging in it the entire time. Returning it today, so sad I loved my Flip5.

The speaker was decent sounding. Unfortunately the speaker stopped charging within two weeks of my purchase.

The battery of this jbl is not good...works for lesss than 1 hour...aggghhhh

got a replacement from JBL directly. Something went wrong with it, who knows.
