The app is cool woth dofferent eq options. Where this speaker lacks is in battery life. At about half volume it lasts about 3-4 hours ar best. So its a great speaker as long as you are always close to a charger. Purchased for a beach day and all was great until it just died. After searching the web, found out its notnjust me. It’s unfortunate as i want to like the soesker. But at this price point it should last more than 3-4 hours. Complete false advertisement.

When she tried to charge it, it didn’t work at all. We followed all the instructions, even reset the speaker, but nothing helped. $150 wasted.

Posted .Thanks for your feedback. To reduce waste, newer JBL products like our JBL Flip 7 no longer include a charging cable, as many customers already have USB-C cables. The speaker is compatible with any standard USB-C cable. We appreciate your input and will pass it along to the team.
