This is loud for a small area only, but there is no bass or treble, so some music doesn’t sound quite right. I would not recommend this speaker.

This was labeled as EXCELLENT on the website. The bass is bustedddddd. Speaker is trash and playing any one song would have told the geek squad this was not resalable. I’m so frustrated and have lost all trust in the open box program at Best Buy. It’s not refurbished. It’s advertised as excellent condition. I would assume someone bought it and changed there mind and returned it. Best Buy should be doing the due diligence of checking the condition of these returns before reselling them as “excellent.” And now!!! I can’t even return it online (where I purchased it). I have to go to a physical store to return it. Adding insult to injury. I only have a bike and Best Buy is so far from me! That’s why I ordered online. Unbelievable I have to go through this hassle now. And now the speaker brand new is on sale for less than I paid for this “excellent” open box speaker. What a mess. I recommend jbl flips as awesome speakers. I do not recommend Best Buy’s open box products.

Worst speaker ever

When she tried to charge it, it didn’t work at all. We followed all the instructions, even reset the speaker, but nothing helped. $150 wasted.
