This OK if you are looking for volume only, in a small space. This is loud for a small area only, but there is no bass or treble, so some music doesn’t sound quite right. I would not recommend this speaker.

I love these convenient speakers. It’s sound is a bit muddy.

I knew instantly at the start up sound the speaker was trashed. This was labeled as EXCELLENT on the website. The bass is bustedddddd. Speaker is trash and playing any one song would have told the geek squad this was not resalable. I’m so frustrated and have lost all trust in the open box program at Best Buy. It’s not refurbished. It’s advertised as excellent condition. I would assume someone bought it and changed there mind and returned it. Best Buy should be doing the due diligence of checking the condition of these returns before reselling them as “excellent.” And now!!! I can’t even return it online (where I purchased it). I have to go to a physical store to return it. Adding insult to injury. I only have a bike and Best Buy is so far from me! That’s why I ordered online. Unbelievable I have to go through this hassle now. And now the speaker brand new is on sale for less than I paid for this “excellent” open box speaker. What a mess. I recommend jbl flips as awesome speakers. I do not recommend Best Buy’s open box products.

It's loud and convenient but the sound isnt clean and it isnt balanced. The bass drowns out everything and the sound is muddy. JBL, I'm disappointed in you.

The speaker was decent sounding. Unfortunately the speaker stopped charging within two weeks of my purchase.

Battery doesnt last the 12 hours ususally by 4 hours off play and turns off.

0 stars. I bought this as a gift for my relative and took it to Europe. When she tried to charge it, it didn’t work at all. We followed all the instructions, even reset the speaker, but nothing helped. $150 wasted.

The charge only last an hour and when speaker was picked up the box was open and there was no charger.

Don’t recommend, idk if I got a defective unit but it does not charge after a couple of mins on the charger. Just be aware

Battery runs low pretty fast. It does not play while charging. It turns off in 30 seconds.

The JBL Flip 7 is perfect for everyday use, whether I’m cleaning the house, cooking, or hanging out in the backyard. It gets loud enough to fill a room and the bass is surprisingly strong for such a small speaker. I can toss it in a bag without worrying about it getting damaged, and the battery easily lasts through the day. It’s simple, reliable, and sounds great no matter where I use it.

Honestly, straight to the point, overall this speaker is amazing, I have had a Flip 6, a Go 3, and this is the best one out of all of them, the design, color, universal orange, button placement, it's amazing. My only problem is it uses Auracast instead of Partyboost, I can't connect any of my other speakers but I still love it!

Good sound quality, good material, battery life, very portable, dust and water proof, really enjoying.

i love the JBL speakers, this speaker has great sound, the app works great with the speaker, and AuraCast works great when pairing with other speakers with AuraCast

I wouldn’t give this five star yet alone one wtar for the simple fact that I just purchased the flip five not even five months ago and it came with a charging cable and now the flip seven is out and it’s talking about doesn’t include a charging cable so you want to tell me you’re charging big box, but not including a cable because what Apple took over Apple came with a dirty behavior! I have multiple cables. I have cable’s that came with my beats headphones and all sorts of Belkin cable that I can use, but that’s besides the point

No Charging cable, come on! I have to share the cable with my phone.
