My brother uses a pair of these for a music surround effect, which is how I discovered them. I bought a couple as Christmas gifts last year for my two daughters, and they love them. Great for music on a boat as well.

So I wouldnt try putting the speaker at max volume as that would be ridiculous anyways.... I tried that and yeah, there was some distortion there, but at 3/4 volume, the JBL Flip3 handled like a Bose...

I loved this speaker so much I ended up buying another from Amazon. I use one on my living room tv to enhance the sound, and the other in my bedroom to listen to music via my iPhone. I'm happy with the sound quality.

I totally love this portable speaker. I bring it all over my house and have actually used it in our outings at the lake. Versatile, perfect shape to fit in a water bottle bike holder. Simply perfect! Love my JBL Flip 3!!

It's a great speaker alone, but they try to sell you on the pairing thing. That's not so great. I don't need it to pair, I got my Sonos for that. This is a good travel size speaker. Alone does the job. Don't worry about the 2nd on. More trouble than it's worth. Love the speaker phone thing though.

Charge last a decent amountoff time and sound is good for its size.

Easy to use, great sound. The sound can fill the room. I didn't think about it being round. I am always concerned about it rolling off its perch. I would have liked an actual owner's manual rather than a quick start sheet.

I wasn't expecting this much sound out of this tall can sized speaker. It sounds great and I can't wait to get a couple more to sync and set up around my patio when I'm entertaining. Just buy it, you won't be disappoint!

I bought this for my son as he was going away to college. He used it a few times at home with his friends before he went away. The sound was much better than I expected and he and his friends and now dorm mates love it.

I purchased this speaker for my wife, and she was surprised how good this product is. I have different brand speaker but this jbl speaker is much better quality and better sound, I'll buy another jbl speaker for me!
