Definitely should not have been resold.

Bose is better and cheaper

Posted .Thanks for your feedback. Here are some troubleshooting steps that can help isolate the connection and sound issue of your JBL Flip 6. Please know that Bluetooth, in a perfect environment, will perform well for up to 30 feet. However, walls, obstacles, and other wireless devices can impede that 30-foot range. If it works well at 10 feet or less, it is likely that there is something interfering with your wireless Bluetooth signal. First, make sure there is a clear line of sight between devices to avoid interference. Shut down unused Bluetooth devices that could cause interference. Next, forget/unpair the speaker on your device and perform manual pairing, then try to connect the speaker to a different device (phone/tablet/music player) to see if it fixes the problem. Lastly will be reset, turn on the speaker then press and hold "Volume +" and "Play" for more than 3 seconds. The speaker will turn off, and reboot to factory default. You may need to 'forget' the speaker in Bluetooth settings on your phone/tablet in order to pair it again. If the issue remains, you may contact our customer support for further assistance.

If the LED lights up while the cable is plugged in but it will not turn on, please press and hold the power button for 10-15 seconds to do a force restart. It’s bright and colorful. The product itself is amazing. I got the gray speaker and it is a great color, it sounds great and the bass is awesome! It holds a charge for days and charges fast! I’ve had no issues with this speaker and plan to buy another one soon. It’s 100% worth the price and you will love it!

Feedback was the same each time-lightweight, small and very loud.
