The worst online purchase I have ever made. The item was NEVER delivered and Best Buy still has not provided a refund. The delivery company Roadie was absolutely terrible at providing any meaningful update of the status of the delivery and would only refer me back to Best Buy without any explanation of what happened to the item. I contacted Best Buy for a refund and I am still waiting for that refund, however my order status shows delivered and not refunded. Terrible online shopping experience and equally terrible experience online ordering/delivery from Best Buy.

It sounded good for the first couple of weeks. Then, it stopped playing. It made a loud noice when I tried to charge it (plug in).

Very pleased with the value. Was familiar with the brand and had heard the Flip5, so no surprises. Really like the different color options. This blue one will be mine. Bought my wife the bright green one. Very easy to set up Bluetooth connection. Sound quality and battery life are excellent.

This is a great portable speaker. I still have the Flip 5 and I don’t hear much of a difference but it is slightly better at handling sound on some songs at a higher volume while maintaining the bass, so I’m satisfied with it.

Sound was good for the 1st few months but has revently gotten worse not sure if the side facing speakers can handle it loud

This product sucks. It sounds terrible at all volumes and I have tried it on several different devices. No matter what I use it with it has a constant hiss/pop. This is the first time I have ever spent more than $30 on BT speaker and this is the worst one I have EVER had. I got it for a gift and it was only used it twice before the return date expired. So now Im stuck with this piece of junk it seems and I've tried every troubleshoot. Dont buy this or get it for a gift.

Purchased this JBL to replace my Bose Minilink that I had for 10 years, it finally went out…..good price and sound quality.

Didn’t last 3 weeks, wouldn’t turn on. Will not buy again

Advertisement on the box said that the battery life would last up to 10 hours but after charged up completely it would only last about half that. I bought it for work and could not even use it for half my shift.

It's advertisment says 12 hour of play time, I get 4 hours. And that's not playing it on the highest volume all the time.

I would give this a zero star review if possible. I bought a "like new open box item" from bestbuy.com. When I had an issue with the item I returned it to JBL under the factory warranty. This was 6 months after I bought the item. JBL advised that the item as a counterfeit and returned it to me. Bestbuy in turn is REFUSING to offer anything, but tell me its outside of the 15 day return period. They sold a counterfeit item that was not discovered until the manufacturer tried to service it. Horrible customer service. BEWARE bestbuy will sell you a fake item and then do NOTHING to rectify their mistake. Will not be doing business with bestbuy in the future.

Battery not that good. It only last 5 hrs and take for ever to charge when dead.
