    Wont Charge or turn on after 2 months

    Used approximately 7-8 times over 2 months. Called JBL troubleshooted the speaker and still will not hold a charge and not turn on. I usually have good luck with JBL speakers and they sound amazing. Highly disappointed in this item. JBL will be sending me a replacement. Hopefully it works better than this one.

    There was no charger and one side of the speaker didn’t work. I didn’t have the means to take it back because of circumstances

    As soon as the bass kicks in you lose the vocals. JBL Has gone down hill in my opinion.

    JBL sounds and plays music great, however when the battery finally decides to die down. When I charge the battery using a USBC port, it makes a loud siren noise and won’t stop.

    Ive had the speaker a littke over a year and it will not charge anymore. When it worked it was great. I do not use it outdoors, its never been wet or anything.

First, check the adapter and make sure that the rating is 2 amps or higher. You may use another charging cable and power adapter to see if the unit will charge. While it's extremely uncommon, try to use another wall outlet to be certain that the issue is not with the outlet. Also, you may clean the charging port with compressed air.     Sounded great but the battery only lasted 5 hrs on a full charge. Its supposed to last 12.

      Thanks for reaching out. Here are some things to try that often fix these issues. Try a different USB cable. Try a different USB charger, rated at least 2 amps. Try disconnecting the cable from your product and re-inserting it. Sand or dirt can get into the product’s charging port. Check the port. Clean if needed with compressed air or a toothpick.       Our JBL Flip 6 has up to 12 hours of battery life. This may vary depending on volume and music content. If the speaker doesn't meet the advertised playtime hours even at low to mid-volume levels, there could be a problem with the battery of the unit.     works great, not sure of the changer, unlike the flip 5 after a full charge the led never goes out, so also unlike the flip 5 it loses charge when not in use.

    Battery wouldn’t charge while using. Battery wouldn’t hold charge for more than 2 hours of usage

If the battery lasts close to the published up-to playtime, the battery is working fine. However, if you get less than 90% of the published spec, this likely means that the battery is losing its capacity. If this does not resolve the issue, please contact our customer support. JBL

In addition, please know that battery wears out over time. Even if listening at maximum volume to heavy bass music, the battery should last longer than 60% of the published playtime.     If you’re looking for a portable speaker to carry around that puts out a lot of base and good sound, the JBL Flip6 is it! Did not expect just such great quality in sound when I purchased this speaker. Great for pool parties being this speaker is waterproof. Not to mention affordable!
