    Speaker would not power on or take a charge. Now have to drive1.5 hours to do an exchange. I will test the next one before i leave

You may try to use a different charger and clean the charging port if necessary.     Worked out of box then few weeks later hard to get power on and now won't power on at all. Waste of $104.

    The problem was, it did not charge the battery, I had to return it and get a new one, I hope this new one does charge the battery.

    Not near as loud as you would think supposed tonhave 10 more watts then previous model but doesn't sound any louder. Sound quality is really good though.

    Bought an excellent condition open box. But forgot to check if it worked until after the deadline to return. Product will not turn on.

    it is not as loud as I expected it to be and it looked like nobody was trying to help me when i asked for help picking a speaker and now unfortunately im stuck with this one.

    Terrible, there’s a constant crack sound. Like a blown speaker it’s terrible.I’d upload a video if I could. Cherry on top…not returnable…throw your $200 away somewhere else

    Defective. By the time I'd used up the first full charge of the battery and learned that the product was defective and wouldn't charge, it was past the "return period".

      Our JBL Flip 6's playtime would last up to 12 hours. This may vary depending on volume and music content. If the unit doesn't meet the advertised playtime hours even at low to mid volume level, there could be a problem with the battery of the unit.     Did not have any paper work , Did not have the charger cord and the speaker was damaged . Also had several black spots on the speaker facing.

      Thanks for your feedback. Here are some troubleshooting steps that can help isolate the connection and sound issue of your JBL Flip 6. Please know that Bluetooth, in a perfect environment, will perform well for up to 30 feet. However, walls, obstacles, and other wireless devices can impede that 30-foot range. If it works well at 10 feet or less, it is likely that there is something interfering with your wireless Bluetooth signal. First, make sure there is a clear line of sight between devices to avoid interference. Shut down unused Bluetooth devices that could cause interference. Next, forget/unpair the speaker on your device and perform manual pairing, then try to connect the speaker to a different device (phone/tablet/music player) to see if it fixes the problem. Lastly will be reset, turn on the speaker then press and hold "Volume +" and "Play" for more than 3 seconds. The speaker will turn off, and reboot to factory default. You may need to 'forget' the speaker in Bluetooth settings on your phone/tablet in order to pair it again. If the issue remains, you may contact our customer support for further assistance. JBL

    This was bought for a Christmas gift! I personally own this speaker and it’s great. Definitely water proof, been under water several times. Sound is great and battery life is excellent!
