The sound is great and all but the battery is just horrible. After the first month it started to fail. It wouldn’t charge fully and even if you have it plugged in the speaker will turn off.

Unable to Sync to a Bluetooth Enabled Smart TV

Will need to call the Geek Squad to make a house call. Or will need to return the product to the store. A YouTube search indicates other people are having a similar problem.

I got the Flip 6 for my brother on his birthday and I couldnt help it and bought one as well. They sound amazing! I definitely recommend it.

It sounds like a maraca is inside this thing during any song with bass in it and I can’t find the reason for it. I will probably avoid all JBL products in the future.

Posted .Thanks for your feedback. We're always looking for ways to improve. With our JBL Flip 6, source devices (phones, tablets, etc.) all behave a bit differently. Some have very loud outputs, and some can be quite a bit lower, even at maximum volumes. You may try to use an equalizer on your music application to adjust the volume to your preference. If you need more help, please contact our customer support.
Not as good as my old Charge 2 speakers

The charging wire was missing and speaker did not work proberly. There was too much distortion at the max volume, probably was broken and was not fixed. Please beaware of buying open box!!
