Never buy the open-box stuff from Best Buy. 15 days return period is too short for identifying technical issues. I bought this JBL flip6 in open box condition thinking it would be just cosmetic but I found that it has Bluetooth issues. Initially, I doubted on running on low power. then on distance and finally on the other side of the product but before I could figure out that it was the speaker itself it was too late. And now Best Buy is asking for a service fee even to check this fault and fix it. lesson learned that they are selling these open-box which are basically returns for some reason (one could be a faulty product) and they put them back in the market on a discount so be careful about this trap.

Item seems to be of high quality. Sound is very good

great sound for price. smaller than expected but play music clearly.

Love the look and features with this speaker but the sound of my Flip4 was better. Just hope this one lasts longer than the 4 which was 2 years. Be sure to download the app as there is an EQ to adjust sound to your preference. Just doesn’t get the base and all around quality that the 4 put out.

Overall is a great speaker. Just wish it could be a little bit louder.

I bought this originally has a birthday present. A little over a year later, we had to replace it (constant static). Thankfully I had the protection plan so al l it cost was the price of a new PP. Then a year after that, we had to replace it again (turns off seconds after turning on fully charges). But again, just cost the price of the PP. So to summarize, don't expect too much more than a year worth of use. And if you want easy replacements, get the Protection Plan for $25.
