    Does not allow phone calls, but it sounds good with music. It also does not connect with older verse of jbl flip

    Didn't like it it is lot loud enough iny shop so i returned it and went somewhere else to get one

    Jbls are the best in the industry and will always be!! No one is better than them. Not sven bose or Sonys

    Wont Charge or turn on after 2 months

    Used approximately 7-8 times over 2 months. Called JBL troubleshooted the speaker and still will not hold a charge and not turn on. I usually have good luck with JBL speakers and they sound amazing. Highly disappointed in this item. JBL will be sending me a replacement. Hopefully it works better than this one.

    JBL sounds and plays music great, however when the battery finally decides to die down. When I charge the battery using a USBC port, it makes a loud siren noise and won’t stop.

    Sounded great but the battery only lasted 5 hrs on a full charge. Its supposed to last 12.

      Thanks for reaching out. Here are some things to try that often fix these issues. Try a different USB cable. Try a different USB charger, rated at least 2 amps. Try disconnecting the cable from your product and re-inserting it. Sand or dirt can get into the product’s charging port. Check the port. Clean if needed with compressed air or a toothpick.     Worked out of box then few weeks later hard to get power on and now won't power on at all. Waste of $104.

    The problem was, it did not charge the battery, I had to return it and get a new one, I hope this new one does charge the battery.

    Bought an excellent condition open box. But forgot to check if it worked until after the deadline to return. Product will not turn on.
