A real PIA to get it connected to my phone.
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.It has been a real PIA to get connected to my Galaxy 24+. I have to do a setup a lot of times to get it to connect. It connects to my computer just fine since buying it to need sound from the computer.

Posted .Thank you for your feedback. To isolate the issue, please check for other wireless activities nearby, as they may cause pairing issues. Try refreshing the pairing: turn off the unit, forget the name of your speaker on the source device, reboot the source device, and then turn on your unit to pair them again. If the issue remains, please try resetting it. Reset will wipe all previous settings and pairings, so it will be necessary to pair your unit with your devices again. To reset, while the speaker is on, press and hold the Volume + and Play button for more than 3 seconds until it turns off. You may need to forget it on your device to pair them again. For further assistance, please contact us.

Buy protection plan

According to the manual this is an indication that their is moisture or debris in the charging port. The problem is, there isn’t any noticeable moisture or debris in the charging port.

12 hours of battery?
