Excellent product, great price, and versatile. Bought this for high school son and he loves it - perfect gift!

It has the USB-c port finally which makes it way easier to charge. The only downside is the bass is too strong and I never thought I would complain about that. It's not a bad thing for some.

This is a great speaker! It is well built and has great treble and bass. I am pretty eclectic when it comes to music, but I listen to a lot of metal and on this speaker, metal sounds great! I love the color of this speaker too.

The sound produced by this little speaker is incredible. I did use the JBL smartphone app to adjust the low and mid frequencies.

This gives out very good sound for the cost and is also water resistant. It’s great for travel, RV’s, grandkids to have outdoor, etc. Highly recommend this item.

This speaker was extremely easy to pair with my phone, The JBL Charge 5 gets the job done if you need something that's very loud, and quite portable. Only con is that it’s a little pricey for the size.

Works great! Sett up was a breeze. Enjoyed listening to holiday music through this speaker and connected to my phone.

Item was rated as excellent” open box item but it was dusty and had dings on the speaker. I won’t be buying open box items from Best Buy from this experience.
