Terrible echo

We purchased two speakers so we could put one by each chair. We keep getting an echo between them and have to reset them. That only lasts for a while. Then it begins again. Occasionally, one or the other stops for no particular reason.

When i asked the kid if it was okay bc it was a returned item, he said "we don't sell broken stuff" in kind of a rude way. Probably should have bought it online bc for some reason the returned item was cheaper on the website.

I bought this JBL flip6 in open box condition thinking it would be just cosmetic but I found that it has Bluetooth issues. Initially, I doubted on running on low power. then on distance and finally on the other side of the product but before I could figure out that it was the speaker itself it was too late. And now Best Buy is asking for a service fee even to check this fault and fix it. lesson learned that they are selling these open-box which are basically returns for some reason (one could be a faulty product) and they put them back in the market on a discount so be careful about this trap.

Just hope this one lasts longer than the 4 which was 2 years. Be sure to download the app as there is an EQ to adjust sound to your preference. Just doesn’t get the base and all around quality that the 4 put out.
