    fair and balanced sound, a small speaker this size shouldn't be able to do. What do I mean? Just pick any bluetooth speaker the same size, listen to the sound, they almost always have the same profile: Boomy bass, reduced mid and way too much treble. This speaker is not, although you can change the EQ in the provided app to make it that way. Compared this speaker to the Sony XE200 at the store since they are both on sale at the same price. The Sony speaker is bigger thus louder, but this JBL is by no means quite, it is loud enough for a small bedroom. Low bass is clear and NOT boomy like the other speakers, yet this is probably the smallest form factor a speaker can go before it can produce any meaningful low end sound. Good job on the Harmon engineers to make such quality sound in a small package.

    Does not allow phone calls, but it sounds good with music. It also does not connect with older verse of jbl flip

    Didn't like it it is lot loud enough iny shop so i returned it and went somewhere else to get one

    If I could give this product -1 start I would. BATTERY life is a big lie. The speakers won't last 1.5 hours before you need to charge them again. Im going back to my old Sony speakers.

    Jbls are the best in the industry and will always be!! No one is better than them. Not sven bose or Sonys

    Used approximately 7-8 times over 2 months. Called JBL troubleshooted the speaker and still will not hold a charge and not turn on. I usually have good luck with JBL speakers and they sound amazing. Highly disappointed in this item. JBL will be sending me a replacement. Hopefully it works better than this one.

    As soon as the bass kicks in you lose the vocals. JBL Has gone down hill in my opinion.

    There was no charger and one side of the speaker didn’t work. I didn’t have the means to take it back because of circumstances

    JBL sounds and plays music great, however when the battery finally decides to die down. When I charge the battery using a USBC port, it makes a loud siren noise and won’t stop.

    Sounded great but the battery only lasted 5 hrs on a full charge. Its supposed to last 12.

      Thanks for reaching out. Here are some things to try that often fix these issues. Try a different USB cable. Try a different USB charger, rated at least 2 amps. Try disconnecting the cable from your product and re-inserting it. Sand or dirt can get into the product’s charging port. Check the port. Clean if needed with compressed air or a toothpick.
