Posted .Thanks for your feedback. Here are some troubleshooting steps that can help isolate the connection and sound issue of your JBL Flip 6. Please know that Bluetooth, in a perfect environment, will perform well for up to 30 feet. However, walls, obstacles, and other wireless devices can impede that 30-foot range. If it works well at 10 feet or less, it is likely that there is something interfering with your wireless Bluetooth signal. First, make sure there is a clear line of sight between devices to avoid interference. Shut down unused Bluetooth devices that could cause interference. Next, forget/unpair the speaker on your device and perform manual pairing, then try to connect the speaker to a different device (phone/tablet/music player) to see if it fixes the problem. Lastly will be reset, turn on the speaker then press and hold "Volume +" and "Play" for more than 3 seconds. The speaker will turn off, and reboot to factory default. You may need to 'forget' the speaker in Bluetooth settings on your phone/tablet in order to pair it again. If the issue remains, you may contact our customer support for further assistance.

It’s bright and colorful. The product itself is amazing. I got the gray speaker and it is a great color, it sounds great and the bass is awesome! It holds a charge for days and charges fast! I’ve had no issues with this speaker and plan to buy another one soon. It’s 100% worth the price and you will love it!
