    I bought flip 6 new about 5 months ago...it would turn off by itself...got another one so far so good...but battery life sucks on both I had....says 12 hours but only last half that time ..very disappointed....don't buy it u want long battery life...!!!

    I love this speaker. The sound is so clear my husband can tell what i am lisening to in the kitchen when he gets out of the car in the evening

    Using just the single speaker, the quality is what I would expect for the price, very mediocre. Linking these speakers together does not work well. We purchased 3 open box speakers, 2/3 had decent quality, the third speaker had constant fuzzy sound.

If you're having issues with fuzzy or static while the speakers are connected via PartyBoost feature, please try moving the audio source closer to the speakers. move the speakers closer. Make sure the host speaker only connects to one audio source. Restart your speakers and the audio source. Make sure the speakers are away from other wireless devices that can cause interference. Try to re-pair the source with your speaker. Lastly, if you're streaming music from the internet, please check the internet connection. For further assistance, please contact us. JBL

    Poor battery life

    Had the flip 4 and that one lasted a long time...bought a new flip 6 and stop working within 6 months...good thing I got extended warranty to replace it...so got replacement and battery life sucks...says 12 hour battery life...but lasts about half of that...I work 10 hr days and I have to plug it in half way thru my day...don't forget to buy extended warranty on these items because they aren't made as well anymore...!!!

    Worst design with a nobody DJs name on it.

    Who is Martin Garrix and why is his dumb name on the side of the speaker. I only bought it because it was on sale. The plus design is straight from the PlayStation logo. It looks dumb and the power outlet doesn't even have a dust cover. I'm going to die the whole thing black. It's ugly. The design of this generation of JBL speakers are the absolute worst!

    A real PIA to get it connected to my phone.

    It has been a real PIA to get connected to my Galaxy 24+. I have to do a setup a lot of times to get it to connect. It connects to my computer just fine since buying it to need sound from the computer.

      Thank you for your feedback. To isolate the issue, please check for other wireless activities nearby, as they may cause pairing issues. Try refreshing the pairing: turn off the unit, forget the name of your speaker on the source device, reboot the source device, and then turn on your unit to pair them again. If the issue remains, please try resetting it. Reset will wipe all previous settings and pairings, so it will be necessary to pair your unit with your devices again. To reset, while the speaker is on, press and hold the Volume + and Play button for more than 3 seconds until it turns off. You may need to forget it on your device to pair them again.     Product worked for two days

    Bought this for a Christmas present. After two days the speaker stopped working. The speaker would not turn on or charge. I returned to the store and they couldn’t get it to turn on or charge either. The sales associate said that this is a common problem they see with this product. Im not happy that JBL is producing and selling a defective product.

    Buy protection plan

    Arrived broken. When plugged in to charge it starts chiming. According to the manual this is an indication that their is moisture or debris in the charging port. The problem is, there isn’t any noticeable moisture or debris in the charging port.

In addition, please know that the battery wears out over time. Even if listening at maximum volume to heavy bass music, the battery should last longer than 60% of the published playtime.       Thank you for your feedback. We're here to help with your JBL Fip 6. First, charge the battery to 100% and then listen to music without any bass boosted, and at a very low volume. If the battery lasts close to the published up-to-playtime, the battery is working fine. However, if you get less than 90% of the published spec, this likely means that the battery is losing its capacity. Should you determine that the battery is losing its capacity, please contact our customer support for further assistance.

      Note: Battery playtime also decreases as the battery ages. JBL

    Battery only lasts around 3 hours, less when in party mode. I bought 2 at the same time. Both have this problem.
