Sounds great especially for the size. Good for a medium size room, decent for outdoor if youre within 10-15 feet. Bass gets lost further than that.

JBL Flip6 is a great portable speaker which packs a powerful sound for any occasion. I use it often while I cook and clean the house. the bass is awesome and clarity is top notch. I love that the battery last all day without needing to be charged.

Upgraded from an Onn brand speaker to JBL due to an employees recommendation. So far, the quality is significantly better. Still have yet to take the speaker outside in various different environments, so I'm excited to see how the speaker adapts to a new environment.

As expected, this JBL Bluetooth speaker provides exceptional sound in a compact size and at a reasonable price. The only downside is that the FLIP6, compared to the FLIP4 (and maybe 5), does not have a microphone so you cannot use it with your cell phone to make calls. I definitely miss this feature.

The reason I bought this was the "up to 12 hours of playtime"... but today I found out with the volume at least half, you won't even get 5 hours. Unit just cut off on me at work and I thought something was wrong. Then I saw the battery was dead. Sounds great though...
