It was working great for about a week. Then one day the sound just stopped. I tried, charging it, powering it down, updating the firmware, and nothing worked. Unfortunately I had to return it. But when it did work, it was awesome.

Not worth the money

I tried a new speaker and had the exact same issue.

Posted .Thanks for your feedback, if you're experiencing a crackling sound please try to connect the speaker on different source device to see if the unit or the source device is the problem. If the issue still persist try to reset the unit to factory default setting by
1. Turn on the speaker.
2. Press and hold "Volume +" and "Play" for more than 3 seconds. Speaker will turn off, and reboot to factory default.
You may need to 'forget' the speaker in Bluetooth settings on your phone/tablet in order to pair it again.
If the issue persist please contact our customer support.
