Even if listening at maximum volume to heavy bass music, the battery should last longer than 60% of the published playtime. Lasted 4 months

Battery now will not charge and the controls just blink and buzz. This is our 2nd JBL Flip that failed after a few months, now both in trash. Meanwhile our similar UE Boom has lasted several years with heavy use. Will not consider JBL for future purchases.

Sound is beautiful as always tho

When i asked the kid if it was okay bc it was a returned item, he said "we don't sell broken stuff" in kind of a rude way. Probably should have bought it online bc for some reason the returned item was cheaper on the website.
