Not as good as my old Charge 2 speakers

The charging wire was missing and speaker did not work proberly. There was too much distortion at the max volume, probably was broken and was not fixed. Please beaware of buying open box!!

Just pick any bluetooth speaker the same size, listen to the sound, they almost always have the same profile: Boomy bass, reduced mid and way too much treble. This speaker is not, although you can change the EQ in the provided app to make it that way. Compared this speaker to the Sony XE200 at the store since they are both on sale at the same price. The Sony speaker is bigger thus louder, but this JBL is by no means quite, it is loud enough for a small bedroom. Low bass is clear and NOT boomy like the other speakers, yet this is probably the smallest form factor a speaker can go before it can produce any meaningful low end sound. Good job on the Harmon engineers to make such quality sound in a small package.

BATTERY life is a big lie. The speakers won't last 1.5 hours before you need to charge them again. Im going back to my old Sony speakers.

I purchased a pair of Flip 6s- I was curious about how they sounded when paired together. I do appreciate this feature - it makes everything louder but as others have mentioned, it doesn't produce the 'stereo' sound like a pair of traditional speakers. I love the sound quality of these, they have a great battery life and easy to bring with you.

Posted .Thanks for reaching out. Here are some things to try that often fix these issues. Try a different USB cable. Try a different USB charger, rated at least 2 amps. Try disconnecting the cable from your product and re-inserting it. Sand or dirt can get into the product’s charging port. Check the port. Clean if needed with compressed air or a toothpick.
