I will say that JBL does make some quality products. In this case these earbuds aren't one of them. I work out very regularly and they do a good job of staying in as I am moving. However, the annoying thing with these ear buds is that they don't sync very well with your device. Most of the time it only syncs with my right ear and I hear nothing from my left. I eventually went with the Flash X JBL earbuds and those work phenomenally.

I bought these headphones because they looked like they would be very useful for me but when I put them in my ears they always came out

Not very load. I would of returned if not on sale. I wouldn’t recommend if you are wanting bass.

One popped out of my ear last night and after about an hour and a half of searching I gave up. That was an awful lot of money to waste for one month worth of use. Wireless earphones are not for me, since I can't afford to lose stuff like this. Will stick to wired from now on. Sound was only fair, so it's not like I'm heartbroken. More angry at myself for thinking these dang things could be trusted to stay firmly in my ears.

Unable to get left one to turn on, Right sounds great and synced easily. Plan to return or exchange.

My son loved it! He said it fits his tiny ears perfectly. Sound is nice and great as well. Got this durinf Black Friday and so I got it at a really great price.

This item was returned as it did not live up to my expectations. Maybe item was defective. Did not keep charge for over 2 hours.

Sound ok, bought for a friend and he liked at first but the value vs sound lil bit lacking, especially when compared to buds live.

I've had it for just under a year. Ready to vent: Poor sound for the other caller. Most common thing said by other end of the call? "I must be going deaf" or "excuse me could you repeat that". Glitchy charging and connection weirdness. C'mon JBL. At best a back up pair. But you can have a backup pair with same specs for half the price.

I bought this product in 2020. Read all the reviews before buying it. Unfortunately only one out of the two was able to connect. I tried everything to make sure both ears are working but no. Just the right ear was able to connect. When i called best buy, i was told that i cannot return it again since its way passed the return period. I had to trash it.

These wireless JBL headphones are cheaply made. I took these out of the box and I tried replacing the ear tips to a smaller size and just handling the headphones and the case they are charged in, are very cheaply made! The headphones are very bulky. The sound quality was terrible and sounded generic. These headphones are going back for a refund!

Not a fan of these did not fit in ears properly, better to spend more money on Samsung headphones

They are ok, Good thing that I bought them while they were on sale. I would not spend the full retail price on them though!

this company JBL is known for making great sounds across their product line, you can't say anything bad about this company this is a really great company!

These earbuds nice and small not bulky...my only issue is they only have a four hour use on a full charge. But I guess it good for short distance use.

This is not So great. It doesn't fit properly in the ears. It hardly sticks in the ears.

These have been great for running! My pet peeve is wireless headphones that just pop out and don't fit your ear correctly. These stay in for my 5 mile runs.

The earbuds come with several sizes to apply to the earbuds and no matter which I try they fall out of my ears.

I was under the impression that there was an app to help with the volume etc. the only app I found didn’t have this model.

I purchased the JBL in ear headphones for a gift and they are much better than the Apple airpods they replaced. The sound is clear and outside noise is minimal.
