I was blown away by the sound that this tiny little speaker was able to produce. It’s robust, clear, and surprisingly loud. I bought it to play outdoors during little get-togethers. I didn’t want music to be the focal point just a nice little background. This speaker does the job. It’s hassle free because you can put it anywhere plus it’s easy to charge. I’m really glad I stumbled on this and I’m sure I’ll be adding more JB speakers to my collection.

I carry this little speaker Everytime I travel or am outside doing working it's oretty loud for how small it is, stands upand is rigged and has a good amount of time in-between charges. I have bought multiple of these, and they would make a great gift.

The jbl go4 is a great speaker. Everything sounds crisp and clear. You can hear the low end just fine. My only real gripe is the battery life. I do play it on max volume to be fair but the battery life you get with blaring it at Max is pretty good. I would just like it to be a little bit better.

This was a great gift for my teenage nephew. He takes it everywhere and the sound quality is great!

Bought this to replace a soundcore that stopped connecting via BT reliably. The size and portability are great, and I've yet to take this anywhere where it's run out of juice, but the sound is a bit muddy. It's got decent base for the small size, but again, it lacks some crispness. But for $40, it gets the job done. Also: Please don't play this when there are people you don't know around. It's just rude to play music when people might be trying to enjoy the beach, or a hike, or even a taco bell. Be decent...
