The JBL Go 4 punches way above its size. For such a compact speaker, the sound is impressively clear, with stronger bass than you’d expect from something that fits in your palm. Bluetooth connection is quick and stable, and the updated design feels sturdy enough for travel, outdoor use, or tossing in a backpack. Battery life is solid for all‑day casual listening, and the built‑in loop makes it easy to clip and go. If you want an ultra‑portable speaker that delivers real volume and quality without breaking the bank, the Go 4 is a fantastic pick.

I've used cheaper Bluetooth speakers and USUALLY they are SO disappointing. This JBL Go 4 Portable really takes Bluetooth sound to a WHOLE NEW LEVEL! The volume has 15 step levels and the small housing produces a clear and BIG sound like I've never before heard. If you get at least 2 of these you can use the "JBL portable" phone app to put these into a stereo group. The stereo group can also be paired to a Windows 11 computer which makes a nice upgrade for laptops. The battery is said to last up to 7 hours but I haven't had it run down enough to verify this yet. I would have liked better written instructions that the pictograms included, but they are NOT hard to use. You can also find YouTube setup videos online if desired. I imagine anyone who loves music will find these very enjoyable!

The IPX7 waterproof rating is a huge plus—I’ve taken it to the beach and by the pool without worrying about splashes or a little rain. Pairing it with other JBL speakers is easy with the JBL Connect+ feature, which lets me link up multiple speakers for an even more immersive experience. The only minor drawback is that it could take a little longer to charge fully, but the long battery life more than makes up for it. Overall, the JBL Portable Speaker 4 is worth it if you're looking for a reliable, durable, and great-sounding portable speaker. Highly recommended!

I got this thing to ride my bike with my kid and have music playing. Mission accomplished... but that's not all! One, my kid loves it. At 15 months, she can operate this speaker, so if you can't, she's smarter than you. Let that sink in. Meanwhile I realized that if you have more than one of these you can chain them and make your own surround sound... so I'm probably getting another soon. Definitely a worthy investment. Oh and it's waterproof to like 62 meters.

It’s not heavy on bass, but that’s expected from such a compact speaker. Great for casual listening, podcasts, and acoustic music. Battery: Lasts about 6–7 hours at medium volume, which is more than enough for daily use. Charges quickly via USB-C. Build Quality: Very solid and portable. It feels durable, and the waterproof and dustproof design makes it perfect for outdoor use. Buttons are responsive and well-built. Overall: For the size and price, this speaker is a great deal. If you’re looking for portability and reliable quality, the JBL Go 4 won’t disappoint.

Price is great, sound quality is excellent and very well built. Durability is off the chart for it's size . I got 2 of them to use in stereo mode. Battery life is ok but not sure you can fit a bigger battery in this speaker.

JBL- Go 4 Portable Bluetooth Speaker-2024-Black This product is awesome. In spite of its size, it put out plenty of sound when we were out on the pontoon boat...even while the boat was running with the engine going. It has lasted since purchase, takes a little while to recharge, then lasts plenty long enough for parties/get togethers with friends. For the price, it can't be beat.

Was extremely surprised how loud this could get and still sound great. Can definitely be enough for a pool party or a dorm room. especially for the price. Can easily have multiple speakers connected to the app and play them all at once, which is a great feature.

Good sound quality and affordability. Small and powerful has lasted me days of use with little need to charge. Clip does not detach though but nothing a anchor can’t fix. Highly recommend for small, portable and affordable speaker

JBL nailed the Portability : Performance : Cost ratio with this discreet bluetooth speaker! 9/10 The sound is surprisingly loud and full-bodied enough for a group of friends of about 8-10 persons to all share in the audio experience. The battery life is respectable for the size and the quality/durability is pretty fantastic! I highly recommend!

By far the best little on the go speaker on the market! Wicked sound quality along with great battery life and easy to use. Most definitely worth the price and convenience for those who love to take their music wherever they go!
