I went to the counter to request an exchange, but they can only refund me. Even plenty of them are on the counter, but they don't want to give to me.

Posted .We appreciate your review on the JBL Go 3. Try performing a factory reset by powering on the speaker. Power on the speaker, press and hold the Volume + button and the Bluetooth button together for 3-5 seconds until the speaker turns off. Once turned off, the speaker has been reset to the factory default settings. If the issue persists, contact customer service.
