    JBL claims up to 5 hours battery life but I haven't been able to get anywhere near that. At max. volume I was lucky to get 1 hour and then fully charged it and tried at 75% and got to almost 2 hours before the battery indicator started to flash red. Sound quality is good for the price but don't expect to be jamming out for hours. Would have like to return it but I'm past the window.

      The playtime of our JBL Go 3 varies depending on volume and music content. To keep your music playing, you may use the speaker even while it is plugged in. This will not overcharge the battery of the speaker. JBL
