Nothing great but I’m sure that’s because it’s so small. But my issue is the battery life. After about an hour of playtime, it’ll start crackling or dropping the Bluetooth connection until it just stops working. So because the battery life is horrible on this thing, I’m giving it just 2 stars.

Posted .Thanks for your feedback. Our JBL Go 3 has an IP67 rating, which means it is waterproof and dustproof. If your speaker keeps turning off, initiate power cycle. To do this, with the unit unplugged, press and hold the power button for 30 seconds to see if the unit will unlock. You may also try a different cable or adapter, or test on another wall outlet. Lastly, reset the speaker by pressing and holding "Volume +" and "Bluetooth" for more than 10 seconds. For the volume issue, if you have already maximized the volume levels on both your source device and the speaker itself and still find the loudness insufficient, you can use your device's media player app to enhance the volume levels of specific frequencies in the audio signal. If you need more help, please contact customer support at (877) 871-6755 / Mon - Fri: 9:00 am - 11:00 pm (ET) Sat-Sun: 9:00 am - 5:00 pm (ET).

Prior to using the device, I fully charged it & it required another charge 2 hours later. This was a huge let down. I thought I did a cost efficient wireless speaker; but all I have I another thing that’s going to sit in a draw & seldomly

Posted .Thanks for reaching out. Here are some things to try that often fix short battery life issues. Try a different USB cable. Try a different USB charger, rated at least 2 amps. Try disconnecting the cable from your product and re-inserting it. If these steps do not fix the problem, please perform a factory reset of your product: Power on the speaker Press and hold the Volume + button and the Bluetooth button together for 3-5 seconds until the speaker turns off Once turned off, the speaker has been reset to the factory default settings.
