It won’t charge anymore and the battery life is way too short. It sounds good when it worked. Returning buying a Sony like I should have.

Please try to use a different USB cable and a charger with a suggested power rating of 5V/1A to see if the issue would remain. There should be a solid red light active indicating that the speaker is charging. Check if there's any damage or debris on the charging port, and clean it with compressed air. If the issue continues, please reach out to our customer support for more assistance.
