The speaker is a battery charger nightmare! I have gone through 3 of the JBL 10 speakers because of dead battery .I recommend buying the warranty. I finally exchanged the 3rd one for the JBL Link 20. JBL 10 was a great speaker...when it worked...It has gotten me through a lot of parties and house cleaning and Google Assistant is great when you ask it cuss words or information...it has a sense of humor and knows my dog's name...but its not worth the charge and battery life problems.

Somewhat complicated to set up if you aren't tech savvy, but great speaker quality for the size and price. We were able to hook up our outside lights to it also and now we just tell it to turn them on or off. Works great.

This JBL speaker is a really good sounding speaker with a solid and portable design. The added Google assistant is nice to have if it when you need it, so the overall a good deal especially when on sale at BBY.

I love this speaker. We keep it on the end table beside the recliner. It allows us to control our other devices using voice commands without having to walk to the kitchen. It effectively duplicates the Google Hub for us. Plus, the sound and battery allow us to take it outside for our cookouts and such.

Great sound, access to Google Assistant, and can take it to the garage to listen while working. Battery life has been very good, and sound quality is excellent for a portable speaker. Can play music though WiFi or connect directly with Bluetooth. Recommended upgrade to the base Google devices.

Bought this for my daughter that goes away to school. Glenville State College. We started off with a cheap speaker in August from Amazon. Didn’t last. She loves this one. The sound quality is great and it has WiFi too!! What could be better. Great price great product.

I bought this speaker on my way to the beach with some friends because I left my other one at home and I LOVE this one 20x more! Totally worth it! It's durable and has a great sound! Does great at in places where there are other sounds. This little speaker holds it on!!!

It sounds good. Not super loud. Setup was annoying- I wanted to just use it as a Bluetooth speaker for a bit. No can do. Can’t use it until you configure google home and add the speaker.

The sound quality is decent for a single speaker. It doesn’t always connect to WiFi. I got it for work but the network never showed up to connect so now I can only use it at home.

Love the JBL brand. Speaker is convenient for times around water. We use ours for float trips on the river. Not crazy about the latest model of having to download an app but it’ll do!

Tried this smart speaker for a few months and loved the full sound quality (when it worked). Unfortunately, this speaker had a habit of dropping off WiFi frequently and Google assIstant needed to login constantly. We eventually sold it on Craigslist and replaced it with an Amazon Alexa smart speaker which doesn’t sound quite as full and rich as the JBL but it always works (doesn’t drop off WiFi EVER and logged in one time only and that’s it! Super simple and so easy to use.

Bought this speaker to complete my smart home. Very good speaker that has good range and the my google feature is a plus. This is the second link 10 I have purchased and I am looking to get a link 30 to add to the pair of 10s that I currently have

When I bought this I didn't know that this has AI function which connected Google. (I thought just bluetooth speaker) Very very convenient to use and working really wonderful. We love it! Not sure others, but the charging doesn't last much.

I purchased this speaker with all intentions of using it at home. I started taking it to work and from that point on it has been my best friend at work!

It worked for a year and then started shutting off randomly. Plus, it stopped charging too.

the sound was superior to google, but it did not like our country location and would either not connect or interrup connection

I gave 4 stars because sometimes it loses connection with the internet and is not as responsive as it should be sometimes. It does have good sound.

If you don't subscribe to Amazon Prime, or just don't want to be tied to Alexa, then check out products that give you virtually the same service vis "Google Assistant". The JBL Link 10 is one of those smart speakers, plus it has a great sound quality!

Bought this for my dad for his birthday. He loves it. he didn't realize there were so many other function on this product other than playing music. He can't stop using it and learning more about it. The speaker is wonderful...great sound and clarity

This is such an amazing product that even my four year old son loves it and can operate it with know problem. He absolutely loves it and asks Google everything. It was simple to set up and the methods of use are super simple and self explanatory.
