Nice and Loud

Sound is great, but changes settings on phone

The only thing that I don't like is that you have to have an app on your phone to link the speaker and then you can't tell Google to make phone calls for you. I have tried to change all the settings to get it to make phone calls and it says that it can't. I am bummed because I got one for my 85 year old mother to play music in her house easier, but now she can't just call to her phone across the room in order to call someone if she falls down and it cannot call 911. I think it is better to maybe have the regular speaker for less.

Good sound, poor link maintdnace

Owned for 10 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Sound quality is good, but Link 10 will not stay linked to Google Home. I have to re-link it to Google Home everyday. Researching online, I found that JBL has known about this defect for several years. They have not addressed the issue and the only solution they offer is to return it for a refurbished unit. The replacements continue to have The same problem. I would not purchase this product unless JBL addresses this flaw.

Decent Sound: Somewhat Hard to Configure
