This speaker has good sound, works well with Google. Unfortunately I'm getting a hissing sound on occasion. Contacted JBL and was offered no help from them or customer support

Nice speaker system with great sound quality. No space seems to be a match for this thing, shower, garage,back yard, kitchen. The thing rocks everywhere.

I've always liked JBL speaker systems, the LINK 20 speaker overall quality, performance and sound is better then I expected.

Loved the waterproof speaker, but would not be able to get it to recognize my "OK Google" request, when it plays music at higher volumes (at least, when compared to my Google home device).

dude THIS THING IS AMAZING its super loud its really nice i use it for the beach as well. and having google home on it makes it easier to ask and play music when i want.

This speaker sounds great. It does not have the deepest sound, but is a great mix between highs, mids, and lows. I leave it plugged in all the time, so I am not sure how long the battery will last.

Can do most if not all things of Alexa at a much better price. Able to use device on its battery source. Very handy.

I like this speaker and it has good volume and is easy to set up and use. Here's my disappointment - I was hoping to be able to use it as a speakerphone for my IPhone on telephone calls. Doesn't work that way in bluetooth speaker mode. No reason technically that is couldn't as it has built in mike. JBL please enable this function!

I like the sound quality from this device. It would be better if it had an auxiliary port.

The speakers sound great and JBL does not disappoint. Setting up Google Home was seamless and was as easy as installing the app on my phone. Would definitely recommend.

This thing does everything. The volume is great and it can control dang near everything

I bought this for my mom as a gift and she loves it. Sound quality is good as well.
