    Bought this for my wife as part of a Christmas gift to pair with her Note 10 phone. When she finally used it for working purposes the head phone kept disconnecting so that became a nuisance. I ended up returning it.

    Terrible battery life, won’t stay connected and mysteriously powers off and won’t come back on until charger plugged in. Power them on and and they can be unplugged and works for hours. Usually I’m a huge fan of JBL products but this one is a loser.

    First of all, this earbuds make a squeaky sound at all the time, It looks nice but a waste of money The sound is cheap, I rather get the $10 earbuds instead of buying this again. To bad for me that I already passed the 15 days money back.

    No volume. Short term battery life. Didnt work well with the google assistant. Would constantly disconnect. Not good for the handicapped. It was a constant fight to get it to work correctly. Dont buy.

    I bought these on May 3rd 2020, on June 15th 2020 they will no longer turn on. Unable to return them after May 31st. Only used a couple of times at the gym. So upset. What a worthless product.

    Theses things go in and out by themselves. I was in the middle of working out and the volume just lowered on its own. They were fully charged and everything.

    Purchased these because of the brand name, and because the wires for the earbuds looked sturdy. Unfortunately, had to return them about a week later because one side had already failed.

    Unit constantly disconnects from my Galaxy Note 10+. Will definitely be hunting for my receipt to return the unit. I'm starting to think the unit might be defective.

    Only good for listening music. You have to speak loudly if you are taking a phone call. Major issues in crowded areas such as airports. Not recommended. I will be returning this product.

    I purchased these for my wife. We had issues with pairing with the phone. The quality of sound was not there. It was disappointing considering JBL was known for great quality
