Great sound and great product they don’t hurt my ears like some headphones

I like the features and the sound is good. The plug on the headset for charging: Is so tight, when I plug it in I think it’s the wrong way (it’s not) so I have to like force the plug in. With the buttons being on one side: I hit the wrong the button all the time and always have to take the headphones off. ~suggestion would be have the volume on one side and all the other buttons on the other side.

They do the job well enough. Not as portable as sennheisers that I have, but they do the job for a fair price.

Great sound! Easy setup, wish they had a case included to save it from getting dirty.

Bought as a Christmas gift for my 15 year old son. He absolutely loves them. Great sound.

These JBL headphones looked really good, and were on sale so I figured I claim them as my next Bluetooth headphone. On first glance, they were much smaller than expected. As for sound quality... well it really let me down. Even on max volume on your device and the headphones themselves, it barely sounds like it's only half volume. After trying them for a couple more days, I decided to return them. the only things I liked was the virtual assistant feature for Siri, Alexa and Google. I think it would work great with better headphones. The second and last thing i'm impressed with is its range. And that;'s about it. I do no recommend you buy these even if they go as low as $20.

Very good sound for the money. Not sure why there is an app for these headphones. Pretty pointless. Good headphones nonetheless.

They work as advertised. The sound is good just wish it had more kick to them and stronger bass.

I love everything about these except that after a few days, I had developed pressure injuries on my ears because the padding wasn't thick enough and the inside of the headphone was pushing against my ear pretty hard. It hurt and I thought, I'll just wait and see because maybe I'm not used to it. Nope, after about three days I have pretty bad sores on my ear. So if you have small ears, this will probably be fine. Also hurt the top of my head, not much padding there. I did get frustrated with bluetooth connectivity too. Often times, I would try to answer a call or make a call and the headset was clearly connected to my phone but the call would come through my phone speaker and not the headphones. Frustrating. The sound quality of music, phone calls, and gaming was fine. The mic would pick up any noise though, which was not ideal. And I liked the color (greenish blue). And I LOVED that it was connected to Google Assistant. Overall, I'm sad that these didn't work for me, but they're definitely not worth keeping since they literally caused sores on my ears. I will be returning these and buying Sony or Bose.

Just as good if not better than beats. We have both . My husband loves them.
