Posted .Thanks for bringing this to our attention. We're here to help. Try to forget/unpair the speaker on your device. Connect the headphones to your device. Try to connect the speaker to a different device (phone/tablet/music player) to see if it fixes the problem. You may also reset the headphones by turning them on, pressing and holding the "Volume +" and "Volume -" for more than 5 seconds. The headphones will turn off, and reboot to factory default. You may need to 'forget' the headphones in Bluetooth settings on your phone/tablet in order to pair them again. Headphones exceed expectations!

He has airpods for his iPad but wanted something he could use with his Samsung Galaxy phone. This was the perfect match.

I use these for watching TV with my wife. Her hearing is better than mine and my volume requirement is higher. Problem is I can't hear her when she says something. I would like to hear outside noise well enough to have a conversation with her.

My JBL Bluetooth Headphones

I love linking them to my phone as well when I'm out and about. It connects to Google and all I do is talk to it to get connected to friends and family. JBL is a great buy.

Definitely not worth it to have at the gym. Can't go passed 65-75 percent volume without distortion in the speakers. Good ANC, good build. Quite comfortable. But not sure the sound makes it worth the 200 dollar price
