Posted .Thanks for bringing this to our attention. We're here to help. Try to forget/unpair the speaker on your device. Connect the headphones to your device. Try to connect the speaker to a different device (phone/tablet/music player) to see if it fixes the problem. You may also reset the headphones by turning them on, pressing and holding the "Volume +" and "Volume -" for more than 5 seconds. The headphones will turn off, and reboot to factory default. You may need to 'forget' the headphones in Bluetooth settings on your phone/tablet in order to pair them again. I use them every morning during my workout. They hold charge very well and sound great. Very pleased with these and you can’t go wrong with the reasonable price tag. Highly recommend!

I love linking them to my phone as well when I'm out and about. It connects to Google and all I do is talk to it to get connected to friends and family. JBL is a great buy.

At the price I got them for, they’re worth it. I wouldn’t pay full price. The adaptive noise cancelling is a little wonky at times and they could have a tighter fit. The talk through feature works great.

The sound is very crisp and clean. They also connect with my apple watch with no problems which was an issue with other brands in the past.

Good sound, subpar ANC and uncomfortable

Bought them mainly for use on flights and they have only mediocre ANC, there are better options out there for the same price.

Used jbls in the last they are pretty solid headphones for the sale price of 149.99 beats sonys 710s on build quality
