You may check the music player app on your source device to see if Equalizer is engaged. If engaged, turn off the equalizer. If turning it off does not enhance the sound quality, turn it on again and adjust the EQ by boosting the bass to your liking. You can also control the Equalizer through the JBL Headphones App to adjust and enhance the volume levels of specific frequencies in the audio signal. This feature allows you to personalize sound optimization to better meet your preferences. If you have already tried this and remain unsatisfied with the sound quality, rest assured that we're always looking for ways to improve, and your feedback will be forwarded to our development team for future improvement. For the button issue, you may reset your headphones by pressing and holding "Volume +" and "Volume -" for more than 5 seconds.

Posted .Thanks for your feedback. Please make sure that your JBL Live 660NC is secured and tightly fit onto your ears to avoid air from coming in when you jump or run. You can adjust it using the headband extensions of your headphones. If you need more help, please contact us.
Taking them back

Loved the sound of them and the noise cancelling. Apparently they've been replaced with the 660 that and the noise cancelling is not the same. Nowhere near as good and every time I move my head and the headphones lose contact with my skin they make some weird noise. They don't sound anywhere near as good the noise cancelling isn't as good all around I just don't like them anywhere near as much. Will be bringing those back I want my 650s back. Unfortunately they don't sell them anymore. Why upgrade to a set that is an absolute downgrade.

Issues with Mac computers

Our JBL Live 660NC over-ear headphones have an adjustable headband to fit most head sizes comfortably and prevent them from sliding off your head when moving. You can adjust or extend the headbands that best fit your head if they get too clamped.

Very comfortable to wear and not bad at $99 but there are better sounding headphones for a few dollars more.

Good quality headphones

They are easy to set up and the sound quality from what I heard was good. The noise canceling feature is a nice plus too.
