Bass doesnt work

For some reason when you move your head side to side they start to distort. Its all good if you have the volume down but even so they are just low. If the distortion was fixed id keep them but i wouldnt recommend

Try to move the audio source closer to the headphones.Try using a different app or program, and try listening to the audio at half volume than what they normally listen to. Make sure the headphones are away from other sources of wireless signal – you could be experiencing interference. Restart both your headphones and the audio source. Re-pair the audio source with the headphones. If you’re streaming audio content from the internet, the issue could be with the internet connection and not your headphones. Reset the unit; switched ON, press and hold both volume buttons for more than 5 seconds.

Just poop.

Ripped off

Not JBL. I took it back to the store and they refuse to make it right even though I was very honest and told them. I spent $150 for them and Is all I wanted was the product I paid for. I am out the money and I still need head phones

I was not doing anything extraneous so I can’t give a good rating to a pair of headphones that cost so much and break so easily.

However, you cannot charge them and use them at the same time, and they always cause issues when trying to connect to my pc. Hard pass if you just want to bluetooth connect these to your pc and use them.
