Returned day 1. Noise cancelling virtually indistinguishable from just putting your hands over your ears. Narrowest soundstage possible feels like you put a tiny portable speaker up next to your ear. There is zero depth to the sound. The headphones themselves build wise didn't have any glaring flaws other than the sub par array of buttons all cobbled together on the right hand side. They felt comfortable enough/light yet not cheap. I was so disappointed by the noise cancelling I didn't bother to check the mic quality.

All 3 headphones had the same issue. Powering on and then off by themselves. They were sent back to manufacturer and they tested them and sent me a new one each time. They don’t know what the issue is. Also the noise cancellation just kicks in and out on its own and hard to understand if it’s purposely doing it and why if the noise level is the same. Just randomly kicks on.

After several phone calls to your customer help line I could not resolve the problem. Therefore you have now permently lost me as a customer.

Sound Cancelling on this style was very poor. Did not keep out sound on airplane and had to max out the volume to hear music. Even worse on video playback audio. Returning to store.

Not very loud, but the battery life is great
