Buyer beware

The main problem as to why I gave it a 3 star rating is that the volume doesn't go high enough especially for gaming. I'd wound buying a $230 ps headphones and problem was solved.

Mic isn’t noise canceling.

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The sound quality and noise cancellation for the headphones are great but my main reason for purchasing was the feature of the noise canceling mic so my co workers can call while I’m running mowers and we would be able to hear each other without having to stop working. All anyone could hear was static and the mowers engine, they couldn’t hear me at all. I called JBL customer service and I was told that the noise canceling mic isn’t actually noise canceling but it’s noise reducing. I feel that the feature should be listed as noise reducing in that case.
