It's not as loud need to be more bass definition.. i wanna feel the music..

Had to warranty out the item 3 times for a new one. All 3 headphones had the same issue. Powering on and then off by themselves. They were sent back to manufacturer and they tested them and sent me a new one each time. They don’t know what the issue is. Also the noise cancellation just kicks in and out on its own and hard to understand if it’s purposely doing it and why if the noise level is the same. Just randomly kicks on.

If you use them for an hour or two you’re ears might start hurting

I cannot get it turned on. When I wire it up I cannot control the volume of the sound.

I had to purchase these exact haedphones from Target because your company canceled my order twice due to??? After several phone calls to your customer help line I could not resolve the problem. Therefore you have now permently lost me as a customer.

The sound quality is good, but it does not get very loud. The battery does last like a day and a half though.

Sound was good but actual headphones were crap. Twisted the ear pieces inwards to wear and plastic snapped to make them unwearable. 2 weeks old.

Used like normal and it’s broken already. The power button is messed up I used it like normal and the power button doesn’t allow me to turn it on as soon as I flip the button it powers on but immediately powers off because its broken.

The controllers are so small you can’t read them and barely see them. They are in the box when I bought it, but they feel so cheap

For JbL it's not bad, but they are far from being high-end headphones.

I love these JBL noise canceling headphones. They have such a great sound it feels like you are sitting in a music studio. The noise canceling take it to another level of sound. They do not take very long to charge, and the chrage lasts several hours. They arent too tight on my ears and have a nice cushion around the ear. You can adjust the volume on the headset or from the device its paired to which makes adjusting the volume very easy. The cost is comparable to other headphones but I think you get the best sound from this set. I would absolutely recommend to anyone wanting to make the switch from earbuds to an over ear headset.

I bought these headphones to replace a cheap pair provided my company for in-office workdays, and honestly I didn't expect to like them as much as I do. I didn't realize how little I was using the company provided headphones because they were so crappy. These are really nice headphones - they're comfortable, have really nice sound quality, good noise cancelling, a good enough mic for virtual meetings/calls, and they hold a charge really well! They charged fast, were easy to pair, and the buttons are easy to figure out and use by touch while wearing. I find myself using them way more than I ever used the knock-off pair provided by my company. I would (and have) recommend these to anyone who wants a good pair of bluetooth headphones for work and/or personal use but you don't want to spend a fortune.

The best set of NC headphones for the money. Yes, you can spend a lot more and get a little better sound, but these work very well for me. The battery lasts a long time, you can go wireless or use a cord (handy option on successive long flights). I tried several brands but these were the most comfortable and that’s important!!

Great quality for the price range. Since I wear glasses they get A little uncomfortable but that's after hours of wearing.

These hradphones will become junk after about a year of use. I suggest you spend your money on another brand. This is the first review o have written about a product. This is how bad these things are. They constantly stop playing sound because it thinks you too them off.
