The sound is great if they work. These consistently cut in and out so much that I would not consider them usable.

The worst ear buds I have ever had. A $20 pair would work better. The screen on the case come on while its in my pocket and thats where the fun begins. They mite calls, hang up on calls (its great when you hang up on potential clients), mute the music, change the song, mute the song, change the preferences on the case any preferences. It sucks when you have to google translate the screen on your ear buds case just to change it back to english. JBL customer support is no help. Throwing these away and buying a set of bose, sony or beats. Will never buy an over priced JBL product again. Also selling all of my JBL bluetooth speakers flip 5, encore and party box 310.

This isn't the experience we want our customers to have with our products. Our JBL Live Beam 3 is designed with the displa6y screen that you can modify the settings using our JBL Headphones App. It is odd that the music pauses or that the language changes with your unit, please reach out to us so we can address this with you. So problems right out of the box. Won't stay connected, a slight breeze will start and stop your playback, but at the same time takes thirty attempts for it to register a finger. And now with the new update, the charging case is now just a case. Customer support is non existent and warranties are apparently a buzzword and not a real thing over at JBL. Avoid at all costs.

New out of the box. Advertised as having 10 hours plus a total of 40 with case recharge. These have decent sound. The nc is ok, not great. The battery life is absolutely horrible. These are new and I can only get about 3.5 hrs on a full charge. If I had known the battery life was this bad. I definitely would have gone with a Sony or Bose!

For the price, their is alot better options out their. The screen is just a gimmick in my opinion. Sound quality was not comparable to my old (3 to 4 years) akg samsung earbuds.

Not the best headphones for gym use. You can still hear any noise when the noise canceling setting is on. The music does not sound loud enough to be noise canceling.

Well I could go on and on and I've only had these for under 48 hours and they are straight disappointment not even that they are practically a scam for the price , my old air pods that are broken sound louder than this all though it says clear audio it's slightly clear but it's too quiet, I keep trying to turn them up but they're already at max volume bringing me to a confused and disappointed state. Not only is the equalizer trash you can't even make it to your liking because there's only presets the screen on the case is beyond extra and horrible to use...pointless almost now the case is what really gets me not even nice for what your paying for at least make the package it comes in make it not feel like a pair of awful skull candies that are 160 dollars cheaper. Beyond not worth the price it's all a placebo because I can't even get good bass or loud audio yet the package it comes out says clear audio . beyond disappointment please JBL actually put some effort instead of some money making scheme I CANT EVEN HAVE NON MONO AUDIO FIR THESE THINGS THEY MAKE ME SO MAD. I KEEP TRYING TO Turn UP VOLUME BUT THIER Already AT MAX WHAT IS THIS HORRIBLE SCAM I HAVE BEEN LED INTO
